YES, it is finally up! I spent muuuuuch more time on this page, it looks like a completely different comic. Ha ha, I swear it's only because it is a serious moment. We will look stupid again very soon.

As much as I was complaining about backgrounds I forced myself to sit and do a decent job on them (using Painter instead of Photoshop helped A LOT), and I think they look pretty darn nice. If I can muster up the energy to do all the backgrounds like this or better, then I won't need anyone to do them for me in the future. There should be like, two times as many trees but once I noticed it was 3 in the morning I was pretty done with painting trees.
Also, the actual drawings are a lot more constructed and I was paying a little more attention to colors. This page is really significant because I find myself changing things about the characters designs as I go, so now I need to go back and change things about the other pages to make them match.
Line art is thinner, a much better look.
The text. It's still the same font (Comic Sans) but I dropped the caps lock look. I am trying to find a better text that isn't so ugly, but I am not sure where to look. Any sites you can recommend?

AH, oh and the most significant thing is that I changed the name of the comic to "Genesis Saga" (ooo scifi-y) instead of the other name (which held no meaning, unlike "Genesis Saga").

So yeah, I have the next couple pages planned out, and you will know who the emo white critter is soon enough. Once I reveal him I will most likely make an updated character sheet for him. For those of you that know already from past drawings of him, I changed his design a LOT (omg now he has fur and cat-paws), so I am excited to draw him older now. That reminds me, I am still trying to make them look like adolescents, it is a lot harder then it looks. 8(

I am just really excited because in the 5 hours it took me to make this I was thinking of all sorts of story goodies for the future. 83 Yay
