Oh you guys.

There are features that I draw on specific personal species that are characteristic of those species to have. When someone decides to use my art as style reference they seem to adopt those features as part of my entire style and begin sticking those features on creatures completely different than the species it's supposed to be exclusive to.

I never really cared before since it wasn't a problem, but uh, since lately some pretty infamous and inconsiderate people are spreading it out all over DA it's getting increasingly frustrating. I'm tired of seeing dragons that look like Kitsus when they aren't Kitsus at all, or displaying features that are specific to the species.
So Kitsus are off DA for now besides the comic and of course Airu's reference sheet. They are still an exclusive species so I see no point in keeping them public right now. I am going to be pulling them through some minor revisions as a result, they will return when I feel it's appropriate.

Another result is that I hardly upload here anymore. Call me a coward or a jerk or whatever, I have dealt with this for several years without doing anything about it. The way it is now is heart-wrenchingly frustrating and I don't see why I put up with it, on deviantART of all places.
